SMS Messaging Terms
Botsy provides marketing services and may send text messages to users who opt in to receive communications from us. When you opt in, you may receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, customer support messages, service updates, and marketing-related messages from Botsy.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to 435-263-7063. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
You will receive appointment-based and service-related messages, and message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Botsy. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Materials created specifically for a client may be governed by a separate agreement, proposal, or written arrangement between Botsy and the client.
Client Content and Materials
